Shipping
Shipping is done via Canada Post or ChitChats. Orders are sent out within two business days.
Tracking
- Tracking is included in the cost of shipping most items.
- Tracking is optional for stickers and sticker sheets because they fit in a standard envelope. If your mail service is unreliable, I recommend getting the tracked option. I am not responsible for lost items if the buyer opts not to get tracking.
Shipping Times
- Within Canada: 2-8 business days after parcel arrives to Canada Post or Chit Chats
Orders going to the Yukon, Northwest or Nunavut Territories may take 1 extra week to arrive - To the USA: 2-8 business days
Please be aware that there may shipping delays due to US customs, and these are outside of the control of myself and the mail carrier - International: 5-22 business days
USA & UK Tax Info
Holy hell, shipping and taxes is a pain in the ass. Okay, so…
USA
You may have heard the word ‘tariff’ a lot lately… I am based in Canada, and some of my items are manufactured in China, so any items shipped from me to you may be subject to tariffs. Please be aware that you are responsible for paying tariffs (that’s how tariffs work), so you may have to settle that import duty before your item will be delivered to you.
For the most accurate estimation on IF you will need to pay them and what the percentage is, please Google current US tariffs. It changes so often that I don’t have the time to keep this updated.

UK
Any shipments being sent to the UK are subject to VAT tax and require a broker to clear. I am not able to calculate and charge this myself, nor am I a large enough business to hire a broker, so all UK orders must be done through Etsy. Please see this UK order page for more info!
Refunds & Returns
The refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you are no longer eligible for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. If it came in packaging, it must be in the original packaging or have the original tags still on it.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for the costs of shipping the item back. Your refund will be processed once the items have arrived back and inspected. It is recommended you ship items back with tracking as refunds cannot be processed if an item does not arrive.
If your goods arrived damaged, please contact me. You will be asked to take photos of the items as they arrived as well as the shipping package. If you dispose of the shipping packaging and are unable to take photos of it, I will be unable to help, so please hold onto everything that was damaged as it arrived.
The following items are ineligible for return/refund:
1. B-Grade products
2. Digital downloads
3. Sale items
4. Items lost in the mail if buyer chose not to add tracking.
5. Worn or dirty items
Steps to complete a return:
1. Contact me via the email form on this page and let me know you would like to initiate a refund
2. Ship the item back. Item must be shipped with tracking. Buyer is responsible for the costs of shipping, as well as packaging item to prevent damage (ie: prints in stiff cardboard mailer so they cannot be bent). If item is not safely packaged and is damaged in shipment, only a partial refund will be provided.
3. Refund will be sent promptly via Paypal after item is received and verified to be in good condition.
Exchange
Rather than receive a refund to Paypal, you can request store credit. Please let me know you would prefer to do this as soon as possible during the process of returning your item. Please be aware that any shipping costs are always the responsibility of the buyer.
